Everyone who needs to process all types of payrolls, whether large or small. eNETEmployer is a browser-based application that offers full-featured payroll including email pay stubs, T4s, ROEs, EFT/Direct Deposit and much more. It also provides additional tools for employee management including Human Resource, Recruiting, Employee Training, and more.

No. Software updates are applied automatically. Each time you use the software, you are using the most current version with the latest tax updates and features.
You can run eNETEmployer on any internet-enabled device with a browser. This includes computers, laptops, tablets, smartphones and smart TVs.
eNETEmployer utilizes current web security technologies and safeguards to ensure that both users and company sessions are private and protected (including 256-bit TLS encryption and employ code signing digital IDs for creating digitally signed software for secure delivery). We also provide user-defined access privileges where users of the payroll system can be assigned different levels of interaction. User lockout policies, multiple login attempts and transaction audits are also included.
Yes. Employees can be given a login ID so that they can view their pay stubs, pay history, T4s and also edit their basic personal information - securely and from any web-enabled device.
Yes. You can calculate and close multiple pay runs in advance (but not when they cross over into a new year, or into July of each year (because the tax tables will not yet have been loaded). Future pay runs work best for static payrolls where the salary amounts are fixed. Hourly/varying hour payrolls would not be recommended.
Yes. You can run reports for prior pay sequences using the handy options found in our Reports screen.
Yes. Each employee can have a different tax province. This helps you to easily support employee relocation and remote work locations. eNETEmployer calculates tax by province and will reflect such changes accordingly on the employee's T4.
eNETEmployer cloud-based system is best suited for payrolls with 500 employees or less.
The tax tables are updated automatically two times each year. The first is in June to coincide with mid-year changes (if needed). The second update is in mid-December to prepare for the first payroll of the subsequent year. At other times during the year, we may also update our software programs with new functionality, feature enhancements, and bug fixes.
Yes. eNETEmployer allows you to assign multiple users. Each user can be assigned different rights and permissions for added flexibility and security.
No. eNETEmployer allows you to create the various electronic files for these purposes. You are responsible for uploading the file to the CRA and to Service Canada.
No. eNETEmployer calculates and provides these amounts for you so that you can make your payments to the CRA and to your region's Worker's Compensation Board.
No. eNETEmployer allows you to create the EFT file that contains your employee pay amounts. You are responsible for uploading the file to your bank.
Yes. You can run any number of pays during the month, including Regular, Additional, Extra and Reversals.
Yes. eNETEmployer interfaces with all accounting products that support a .CSV import. Our Journal Entry can be exported to a spreadsheet file and contains all general ledger transactions that pertain to a payroll or group of payrolls. The resulting file can be opened using any third-party accounting software package that supports a comma separated value file.
Yes. Pay stubs can be emailed to your employees. You can also upload employee pay stubs to a secure online mailbox so that your staff can view them at a later date.
Yes. Employees can access their secure personal accounts to review pay stubs, pay history, T4's, edit personal address information and more - from any web-enabled device.
Yes. eNETEmployer interfaces with all time clock and time keeping products that support a .CSV export. The resulting file can be opened in our software so that the work hours can be calculated.
Yes. eNETEmployer provides a number of methods for producing customized reports.
