Q: What are the
prices of each GrandMaster product?
A: The prices for each GrandMaster product can be found
in the Pricing Information section of each product's information page.
View the Products page, choose the
GrandMaster product you wish to view, then click the Pricing Information
link.
Q:
How do I order a GrandMaster product? A:
View the Sales page, then choose the Ordering
Methods link. That section of the web page will provide you with the various
options for ordering a GrandMaster product. Q:
Can I order a GrandMaster product using a cheque? A: Yes. CanPay
accepts cheques drawn on any Canadian or US bank. The cheque must be received
by us and cleared before we will ship the software. Please forward all checks

How soon will the software ship after I place my order? A: All
orders received before 12:00PM are processed and shipped the same day. Orders
received after 12:00PM time will be shipped the next business day. Q:
How is my order shipped? A:
Orders are shipped via Express Post (2 days to most locations in Canada). If you
require the software sooner, please supply our Sales Department with your company's
courier account number. You
can also download fully-functioning versions of any GrandMaster
product from our website. Once you have provided payment, our Sales Department
will email you an access code that will enable you to access the Public Downloads
folder. Q:
On which type of media do your products ship? A:
GrandMaster Suite ships on one CD-ROM along with a 3.5" 1.44MB floppy
disk for the license. GrandMaster II ships on three 3.5" 1.44MB floppy
disks. GrandMaster ships on one 3.5" 1.44MB floppy disk. Q:
Can I order directly from CanPay and still have my product delivered electronically?
A: Yes! This is an excellent way to save on shipping costs and get the
product even sooner. When you print out the order form, check the appropriate
box in the Delivery section. Q:
Are there differences between the downloaded software and the shipped software?
A:
No. GrandMaster software products are the same whether shipped on CD-ROM,
diskette or downloaded from our website. Q:
Can I check the status of an order I sent by fax/mail? A: Yes.
Simply e-mail our sales department at sales@canpay.com
and provide the pertinent information about your order. A sale representative
will respond as soon as your order has been tracked. Q:
Do you accept purchase orders? A: Yes. We accept purchase orders
from qualified government, corporate, and educational institutions. Such orders
are terms Net 30 and subject to approval. Please contact our sales department
and make sure that you qualify before sending us a purchase order. Q:
Do you offer educational discounts? A: Yes, we provide discounts
for qualified educational institutions where the software is used for training
purposes. Please contact our sales department and make sure that you qualify before
placing your order. Q:
Do you offer dealer/reseller discounts? If so, how do I become a reseller?
A:
Yes, we do offer discounts to qualified resellers. If you are interested in becoming
a GrandMaster reseller, visit our Dealers
page to learn more, then e-mail your request along with a company profile to sales@canpay.com.
Be sure to include your company name, address, phone, fax and email address. There
are also opportunities for you to become a certified GrandMaster trainer.
